The signed creator agreement controls
The 70/30 model applies when it is included in the signed creator agreement. That agreement defines the eligible revenue, covered content, term, reporting cycle, deductions and payment conditions. This page does not by itself create a right to payment.
1. When content can earn
Content may become eligible only after creator verification, rights review, approval for publication and acceptance into an applicable monetisation programme. Uploading content, receiving approval or accumulating views does not guarantee advertising, sponsorship, licensing or other revenue.
2. Eligible revenue
Depending on the signed agreement, eligible revenue may include amounts actually received and attributable to the creator's approved content from advertising, sponsorship, licensing, subscriptions, pay-per-view, distribution or another agreed programme. Revenue unrelated to that content is not included.
3. Calculation
Under the standard model, 70% of eligible revenue is allocated to the creator and 30% to OWENTANDO TV Network. Eligible revenue is calculated after only those adjustments authorised by the signed agreement, such as refunds, chargebacks, invalid traffic, platform or payment processing charges, third-party commissions, taxes collected from the customer, and withholding required by law.
4. Reporting and estimates
Dashboard figures may be estimates and may change when a platform, advertiser, distributor or payment provider finalises its report. Final statements are based on available verified records. Reasonable corrections may be made for reporting errors, reversals, duplicate entries or fraudulent activity.
5. Payment requirements
- A fully approved creator account and signed agreement.
- Accurate identity, contact and banking information.
- Completion of any tax or compliance information reasonably required.
- Satisfaction of the payment schedule and any minimum threshold stated in the creator agreement.
- No unresolved ownership, fraud, chargeback or payment-security investigation affecting the amount.
6. Taxes and bank charges
Creators are responsible for declaring and paying their own taxes. OWENTANDO may withhold an amount where required by law. A creator is also responsible for charges imposed by their bank unless the signed agreement states otherwise.
7. Invalid activity and disputes
Artificial views, clicks, accounts or engagement are not eligible. Related amounts may be excluded, reversed or held while reviewed. A creator who disputes a statement should contact us promptly with the statement period, content title and reasons. We will review available records in good faith.
8. Policy relationship
This policy must be read with the Creator Terms, Terms of Use and the signed creator agreement.
